Harvested Area and Rice Production in Jombang Regency 2023 (Results of Integrated Food Crop Agricultural Statistics Data Collection Activities with the Area Sampling Framework Method)

Integrated Agricultural Statistics Data Collection for Food Crops with the Area Sample Framework (KSA) Method 2023 is a collaborative effort between the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the Agency for the Assessment and Application of Technology (BPPT) in order to improve the conventional agricultural statistics data collection methodology to be more objective and modern. Data collection using the KSA method involves the role of satellite imagery technology and Android-based devices. It is hoped that the agricultural data collected will be more accurate and timely. The coverage area of ​​KSA 2023 includes all provinces in Indonesia and the data collected includes rice and corn commodities. KSA 2023 is carried out in the last seven days of each month from January to December 2023. In Jombang Regency, all target samples of the KSA Rice segment were successfully observed during 2023.
