Abstract

The publication of the Jombang Regency Livestock Slaughted Statistics 2020 is one of the production section publications and is expected to be published every year. The data presented in this publication are the results of the processing of the RPH and Keurmaster survey documents which are carried out every quarter. The slaughterhouse and Keurmaster survey data processed in this publication consist of data for the period from Quarter I to Quarter IV 2019.
Not all slaughter data can be included in the slaughterhouseand Keurmaster surveys, because only cattle slaughtered in the slaughterhouse, Keurmaster and slaughtering outside the institution are reported to the Keurmaster. Thus there are some slaughterhouses that are not covered because the slaughter is not reported to the master or the slaughterhouse.
