ABOUT
ADMINISTRATIVE SELECTION RESULTS OF PROSPECTIVE DATA PROCESSING OFFICERS
AGRICULTURE CENSUS 2023 (ST2023) IN JOMBANG REGENCY AREA
Based on the results of the selection of administrative files received by BPS Jombang Regency during June 12 (12.00 WIB) – June 14 2023 (12.00 WIB) via the link s.bps.go.id/FormRekrutmenPejuangOlah3517 and registration on the BPS Friends application/mitra.bps.go. en, the Recruitment Team for Agricultural Census Data Processing Officers 2023 (ST2023) BPS Jombang Regency determined the names of prospective ST2023 data processing officers who were declared to have passed the administrative selection to take part in the E-learning test stage and in-person interviews at the BPS Office for Jombang Regency.
The names of officers who passed the administrative selection along with the next test schedule can be seen in attachment 1 of this letter. Prospective officers who have passed and taken the E-learning and Direct Interview test stages are asked to bring:
1. Administrative files that have been uploaded and put in a brown envelope
(Handwritten application letter, Statement of Having a Laptop, Statement of Domicile, Curriculum Vitae, Photocopy of KTP, Photocopy of Diploma, 3x4 Color Photograph).
2. Laptop with specifications in accordance with the general provisions in the registration requirements (for the E-learning test).
3. Black Ballpoint Pen
Prospective Officers in preparation for the online E-learning test, must follow the following instructions:
a. Using the gmail email as your BPS friend's email
b. Register the e-mail used at Buddy BPS (as in attachment 2) to the website elearning.bps.go.id no later than June 18, 2023 (before interview)
c. The procedure for registering for the elearning.bps.go.id website is in Appendix 2
Notes :
This announcement also corrects the previous announcement regarding the interview test date which was originally held on June 16 2023, postponed to June 19-20 2023 along with the E-Learning test. Officer candidates who cannot attend the interview outside the specified schedule (June 19-20) are considered to have resigned.
Participants please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled test starts.
